Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Also contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
